We know we can not always get it right, but what we can do is do our very best to make it right. If you are unsatisfied with any of your received products, we are more than happy to listen and to assist in any way we can. Our policies are designed for you to be able to order with complete confidence in our products and customer service.

SHIPPING & EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME

RETURN POLICY

If within 30 days of purchase, we are more than happy to accept returns on products ordered (some exceptions apply, see below). All shipped and returned products must be received without any person having worn it, laundered it or removed it from its original packaging.

 

We do not accept returns based on sizing, nor do we accept returns on customized products (including names, numbers, sponsors, crests etc). If customized products are shipped to us without our approval, these items will not be refunded, exchanged or shipped back to the customer. We are not responsible for supplying the customer with applicable return labels or any shipping costs included in the return.

We offer full cancellation refunds on orders made 48 hrs prior to reaching out to us. We are not liable to offer any refunds for notices made after the 48 hrs cancellation mark.

EXCHANGE POLICY

All store products are visualized via graphic design mock-ups. While trying our very best to match all physical products to the graphic design, there might be variations due to lightning, highlights, shades, and device settings. We do not accept returns based on these variations.

 

In order for an exchange to be accepted, the customer must first place a new order for the item(s) and provide us with the updated order number via email; support@newgensportsgroup.com.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND/EXCHANGE?

Refunded product(s) will refunded and credited via the initial payment info made for the first order. Please allow at least 3-6 business days for the return and refund to be processed.

 

Exchanged product(s) will be exchanged and processed once the exchange product(s) has been received at the exchange location. Once shipped from the customer to us, please allow at least 3-6 business days for the exchange to be activated via our distribution center.
